The Premier Bank Limited has revamped its call centre as "Premier Bank Customer Care Centre" with the tag line "One Call That's All". The customers can directly call to the number 16411 (from mobile) or 09612016411 (from overseas) for any kind of banking needs, said a press release.
The release said chairman of the board of directors of the Premier Bank Limited Dr. HBM Iqbal, inaugurated the 24/7 Customer service for customers as chief guest at the town-hall program of the bank held today at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) here.
Directors of Premier Bank BH Haroon, MP, Abdus Salam Murshedy and Advisor of the Bank Muhammed Ali were present as special guests in the program. Managing Director and CEO of the bank M. Reazul Karim and officials were also present on the occasion.
